I have been tested pos. For contact with
hpv. My pap's are irregular and the Dr.
Has not informed me it is not the type
that causes warts, but makes it seem that
way because we keep testing for cancer.
My boyfriend developed a "skin tag", at
least thats what patient first Dr. Told
him it was. It's on the under shaft of
his penis 1/3 way down. The area seems to
be getting more shriveled/tougher...
Should I make him go to the Dr. Again?

1/2 cm wide.

The hpv you have is the kind that can lead
to cervical cancer. It is called high
risk hpv. A lesser hpv is the kind that
causes warts. You can have more than one
kind of hpv.
Pap smears show cell changes, that can be
biopsied and surgically removed.
Your body can rid itself of hpv. Up to
85% of the sexually active population has
had hpv. Some people never develop
symptoms, like dysplasia, or cervical
abnormalities.
Don't smoke. Take vitamins and eat right.
Good luck!
Ps. As far as your boyfriend is
concerned, what would it hurt to go to the
doctor?
