Hello. I also have pins and needles that
migrate around. I've started running
recently, so they're mostly in my calves
right now. They sort of come and go. I
have obsessive thoughts about getting ms,
so I usually worry that this is what they
are, but it is much more highly likely
i've come to believe, that it is just the
anxiety talking. Does it seem like this
might be an anxiety issue for you?

Yep, not usually fatal. It can be
debilitating, though, though I think there
are drugs around now that can help. In my
*mind* I imagine it fatally debilitating
but I think it's not really true... I
hope you feel better soon. I've been
trying not to obsess about "scanning" my
body recently. It's slow (i'm really used
to the scanning) but at least it feels
like a step in a healthy direction.
Good luck to you.

This is no formal term or anything, it's
just a sort of constant attention to how
my body feels, particularly if it feels
"weird." not a healthy thing for me...
