I know what you mean I am 22 weeks and have trouble sleeping from the begining. My doctor told me it is safe to take benedryl. Ask your doctor he will probably tell you the same. I sleep so soundly now good luck!

Extremely eHealthy
Insomina is common with some preggo ppl I used to take this tea called "sleepytime" decaffeinated of course lol and it worked, another thing is never eat to close to bedtime or exercise. Another thing not to get all worked up aboutis stress I found stress being my number one workup for not sleeping well and making me beyond health forum/ill..

Tv in a room is a really bad idea bedroom should only be for sleeping and well yeah sex is included in that lol just relax about 1 1/2 before going to bed by taking a bath etc just watching tv or walking can actually wake ur body up and make it harder to go back to sleep
