Q: Help Low Progestrone Levels I'm Scared

Ok here it goes I went and had blood work done on july 14th and my progestrone levels were 12.8 so my dr put me on prometrium 200mg at bedtime and my levels dropped to 6.8 on july 25th and i'm very scared do you think they will go back up and i'll have a healthy baby or do you think I will lose my lil bean........I go in on wen. For more blood work to see what happens i'm so scared...Help me

I don't know anything about progesterone, sweetie. I'm sure your doctor is doing everything he can. Good luck!!

What does or did the dr say or what did he say? Let's be positive even though I do realize that it is difficult at a time like this as stress does not help either. I do want you to know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and I do agree with ingi that I am sure that the dr is doing all that he/she can do unless you feel you do want to get a second opinion. I too am not that familiar with the progestrone part of it it might be one ofthose situations where it is down one minute and up the next, as I said I am not sure maybe this is something that you should ask your dr about. How far along are you, I do not know if it makes any difference or not. Could it help if he picked up on the dosage?
