Quick Question

Okay, I tested my sugars today (fasting)
and recorder 5.9 then ate a mars bar and
recorded 17.8 - around 325 usa
measurement.
I never had the chance to test one hour,
two hours etc as I had to work. However,
an hour later I felt really bad.
I was wondering if hypoglycemics
experience this sharp spike in bs then it
drops really low after an hour or two?
Or is this spike the body's natural
reaction to increased sugar.
Ps stan, please dont freak at me for
eating a mars bar - I am only testing just
now :d

That's one hell of a thing to test with.
Be careful, your body is making a serious
drop because you gave it too much sugar.
