Q: Implantation Bleeding

I am very concerned about certain signs and would like some clarity. I conceived on july 18th, tuesday. Wednesday I had bad cramping and thursday I passed a little bit of fresh red blood. I thought that was the implantation bleeding.

Today is august 4th, I had a sonogram done, they inserted it inside me and now I am releasing a slightly pinkish discharge. I don't know if this is implantion bleeding too, it's been more than 12 days since conception. I don't know if maybe the procedure could have induced a miscarriage? Please advise.

Prickly Annoying Pain
I also want to know if after having peritonitis due to a suptured apendicitis when I was 13 may be the cause for me to have this slight pricks on the right side of my lower abdomen. I am very concerned of possibly having an ectopic pregnancy but hopefully these are just side effects from the peritonitis??
