15 Weeks And Losing Weight Posted: 01-19-04 16:02pm
Hello,
I am 15 weeks along and have lost 10
pounds since the beginning. I have had
terrible morning sickness with vomiting
but I am able to keep some things down. I
am worried that the baby is not getting
enough nutrition? Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Well its not your fault if you have
morning sickness.. But I would just try
to maybe eat higher calorie healthy things
so maybe u wont lose weight as much.

It's fine if you lose weight in your
pregnancy. A lot of women have this
happen to them especially in your first
pregnancy. As long as you're taking your
prenatal vitamins, it will be fine.
Morning sickness is a very natural side
effect of pregnancy. Your body, as well
as your fetus, are made to sustain this.
Good luck
