Pregnant Or Have Been Pregnant, Need Some Input:)

Hello all,

i am really confused right now and if anyone would maybe know it would be you guys! Ok I do not have reg periods and I have gone to doctors and had tests done and an ultrasound. So far everything looks good with my uterus and I went off birth control a year ago. Next week I go to a gyno for more tests I think. I have had some weird things these last two week though, so have any of you had any other symptoms other than the obvious ones?

I have these symptoms:
gas
sore nipples
lower backache on left side
not sleeping well
dizziness
low appetite
spotting these past 3 days like brown, pink and bright red this morning
slight cramping like mild period cramps here and there on one side.
But I am not constipated in fact the opposite, but I am a vegetarian.
Oh and my smell is hightened
clear cm

so if anyone would like to share any of their symptoms I would like to read them.

I took a hpt too this morn and neg.
