For summer vacation me and my family went
to asia for around 6 weeks and now 3 weeks
afterwards I can sleep during night, but
my problem is that i'll go to sleep aroung
9 or whatever time I will I end up waking
up around 12 hours later feeling pains in
my back, neck, and my but nad still fairly
tired. When I got back I took out my
bed, and now I sleep on a small inch thick
memory foam pad. I am unsure if this is
because the pad doesn't provide enougj
comfort or my body is still adujusting.
