My friend asked me to help her with this-she is on birth control and has been having regular periods but for the past few weeks has been abnormally irritable and her breasts have been terribly sore. Yesterday she noticed her breasts leaking a milky white fluid. Even if in some freak incidence she was pregnant, I was sure you didn't produce milk until you are ready to breast feed. Are there breast infections?
