Pain Med Alternatives For Ankylosing Spondylitis Posted: 08-06-06 18:13pm


I am wondering if there is a more effective pain medication than vicodin for relieving symptoms of ankylosing spondylitis? I am in severe pain from this disease and on days when I have flare-ups the vicodin just isn't doing much to relieve it. Any suggestions that I could mention to my rheumatologist would be appreciated.
