Good for you! That's a wonderful start.

I make the most out of my gym by using their cedar sauna. I love it! It is quiet and gets me sweating before my workout. Or sometimes, I just use it solo with a cold shower in between 15 minute seatings. There is a weekly tradition in russia of using sauna...Good for circulation and heart.

I also try to get to fun classes led by instructors. Not sure if there are any classes where you are...But my gym has dance/salsa/aerobics, spinning, and yoga. I tried something new.

One thing I try to do when I go, is smile. Ever notice how serious people are in the gym? I like to take myself lightly there...It can be so intimidating.

Hope this helps! Send word with a reply!

Thanks for that there are different classes at the gym I attend there is yoga, body combat, aerobics etc. The is also a place to have a massage and a steam room and sauna. So I may take your advice and give the sauna a go!!!!!
