It is impossible to know what it is that you're feeling, what is causing the pain and why. You need to see your doctor and have him (or her) determine what is happening. If you are bleeding at all, go right to the emergency room of your hospital. Where are you feeling the stabbing-like pain? In your crotch, under your belly-button, one side or the other? Is is constant or does it come and go? Is there anything that makes it worse? Or better? You need to have an exam and probably an u/s. Please don't worry if you can help it, it may be just something simple and easy to fix (and most likely is), if you are bleeding or start to bleed or spot, or can't handle the pain - go in right away. Good luck and take care!!
