Those pills and instruments to help make
people taller, and "increase the growth",
do they really work?

If you have a glandular problem preventing
your growth meds can help(if you are young
enough!!) otherwise no!!
As to instruments in some asian countries
girls especially have their legs broken
time & again & plates put in just
to add abit of height, it is a very
painful & slow process.
I am 148cm or 4' 10" tall & my
daughter is only a touch taller, i've
managed fine & a more beautiful young
woman than my daughter would be gard to
finf. Learn to love yourself for who you
are not who magazines or others think you
should be.

Thanks a lot for answering me.
But i'm still wondering, is there any
natural ways that I can use to gain
height? I'm now 16... It's just that, I
wanna make sure that I tried my best, so
my heart could be in peace...
