Chances of Being Pregnant?
Posted: 08-08-06 13:24pm

Hi.

I want to know the chances of being pregnant and what I should here.

I use birth control, consistant with the pill, and my boyfriend and I have used the pullout method for the past few weeks during sex. That has worked out fine, he has never ejaculated while inside and sometimes never does at all.

Im on the sunday start method of birth control and just started my sugar pill week this past sunday. It's now tuesday and I have only slight bleeding but I do have cramps and things... Could I just be getting the bleeding going a little late/slow or is there a chance I could be pregnant?

Or should I jsut wait it out and if I really don't bleed, get tested?

Just would like to know. Thanks.

Yes you could be pregnant but it could also be the pill messing with you. Take a test in a couple of weeks if your worried

It is only day 3 of your sugar pills? More than likely this is your period begining to start.

How long have you been on the pill? The pill can lighten and shorten your periods. It also takes a few days of sugar pills before your period starts (sometimes even 4 or 5 days!). If you have been taking your pill consistently, you are not pregnant.

If you are every concerned about pregnancy, please take a pregnancy test or visit your health care provider!

Your period can vary every month. Your on your suagr pills and I used to get my period usually on day 3 of sugar pill. Sometimes it would be day 2 or 4 ...It can change just like your natural cycle. I wouldnt worry too much about it pull -out and pill = ver, very unlikely to be pregnant!

Alright.
Thanks!

I suppose I should really worry if I don't start bleeding at all and i'll just wait and probably test in a week or so anyway.

I certainly feel cramps. :?

First of all don't ever use the pull out method as a form of birth control ecspecially if you are not on the pill there is sperm present in his pre-cum the moment he has an erection and yes it is a low probabilty lower than ejaculation but I know of people who have gotton pregnant this way it is not uncommon I was one of them. However since you are on the pill which completly stops you from ovulating you should not be able to get pregnant have you taken the pill at the same time everyday? Have you taken all the pills in your packet including the sugar pills ? If you have done this and are pregnant consider it a miracle , go take a test and if it comes up negative and symptoms still presist go to your doctor.
