Sometimes I take the sugar pill late or
next day.. I take the regular pill on
time all the time I just get lazy with th
sugar pill.
Will this effect the cycle in anyway or is
it safe because it's just the sugar pill?

Sugar pills are there to remind you to
take your pills. They do nothing to your
hormones, or your cycle. You wouldn't
even need to take them, if you remembered
to start your pill on the right day.

They are just reminder pills dont worry
they dont contain any hormone I take mine
a couple hours later sometimes your fine
