I have trouble staying awake, alert, and
focused in my day to day activities. I
have searched all over the internet and
found two websites full of
tests/questionnaires that have been fairly
helpful.
but I work alot. I try to get at least 6
hours of sleep every night, but I am still
fatigued during the day. Is there
anything that can be done to help me stay
alert? Perhaps a wake promoting agent
such at this one?
