Um, I dont know if i'm using this right, I
just quickly made up an account but
anyways..
You know those big 'huffs' of air you take
randomley? Well, when I go to take those
in it feels like it dosent fill up all the
way and I have to breathe in hard..
People told me it was ''anxiety'' but im
not quite sure I know what that is
eather... Anybody??

Never hurts to get checked out, but I used
to have this problem and it was due to
anxiety. I think it is quite common as
several people in my cbt group said they
had experienced breathing problems caused
by their anxiety. Try and join a cbt
group and learn how to do the tea form
exercise which will calm you down and in
turn help your breathing. You can read
the foreword to the book we used in my cbt
group here http://www.Supertao.Co
m/book_forward.Html if you want to.
Your thoughts can be a vicious cycle that
feed anxiety but when you learn to
interrupt them and correct them you will
feel much better.
