Several family members have discussed this
topic and we can't figure out what causes
an urgent bowel movement right after
eating. Nurse at doctor's office told my
mother-in-law that there is no connection,
but something has to be going on. Is the
bm a reaction to spices, smells?

That always happens to me to...I always
just see it as your body having to make
room for the new food to come in!

Well, there could be several reasons for
the bm after eating...Could be ibs?
Could also be gallbladder?? Ibs would
consist of bm's that are either
constipation or diarrhea or only having
one or the other and
frequently...Gallbladder, your bm's would
be green/black and there is usually pain
sometimes even severe pain on your right
upper abdomine, just under your rib cage.
( that is where your gallbladder is
located) also, spices can sometimes upset
a sensitive tummy. I have severe ibs
myself suffering from constant and
frequent diarrhea, never constipation.
Its a major pain in the rear..Pun
intended! :) I have also had my
gallbladder removed when I was 8 months
pregnant with my middle daughter. All of
which suck! I know that for
myself..Anything greasy or spices will
upset my tummy and cause problems. Good
luck to you and I hope this helps!
