Exactly. You don't need that many
vitamins. As long as you get around a
fair amount of each of them per day (i'd
have to run through the precentages I get
if you really want me to), suffice to say
that if it says serving size is 4 tablets
and, say, that's 2000% of your b12, you
just don't need that much. Take half of
one tablet per day at most. If you have
any links to the vitamin, I can check it
out and tell you the amount to take.
Overloading with vitamins is never a good
thing and certainly not necessary.
Ginseng lowers blood sugar, try a little
bit of it at first to see if you can
handle it, try some more, and then if you
seem to be able to take a fair amount,
then take that stuff. If you check my
list of foods to avoid, I list that
because like garlic it lowers the shugs.
I don't know if it's possible to eliminate
that factor from it, but I guess try what
they told you. I haven't personally
tried straight chromium, but I don't think
it's necessary, better to get a balance of
things then all of something at once,
because this can cause imbalances
elsewhere.
