It's been proven drinking 8 cups of water
a day is no myth. But being
retrospective, I only tended to drink
during meals. Because of a korean
upbringing, I tend to eat and enjoy spicy
food. As it's too hot I drink like 2 cups
of water then.
My mom says drinking while you eat is bad
and makes you fatter ;;; I was just
wondering if I should or should not do it

I'm not so sure about the whole drinking
while eating thing is bad, I assume if
you're drinking water why would it be bad?
But the 8 cups of water thing is a
myth...You're supposed to drink about half
your body weight in ounces of water a day.
