I have been on the pill for about 8 years.
i a getting married next month and we have
decided to go off the pill right away.
Once I stop taking the pill how long does
it useally take to get my period? On my
current cycle, I will have my period on my
honeymoon and I am trying to avoid that.
Please advise
Once you stop taking the pill, there is a
99% chance that it will take less than 6
months to get your period. 25% of women
coming off the pill get their period 2-3
months after stopping the oral
contraception. It does seem that you
will not get your period during the
honeymoon.
