Anybody Ever Take Isotonix Vitamins? Posted: 08-19-06 09:16am


I just got the isotonix opc-3, vitamin c, and the mulit-tech. I take all 3 together in one glass of 6oz of water every morning. I am wondering if others have any input on how good these vitamins are? Before this I was just taking 1 multivitamin pill per day, like centrum or one a day men's forumla.
