Hi, all. I've been having nasty health
changes that I think might be related to
menopause. I'm developing a bunch of
food intolerences that i've read might be
related to excessive yeast in the
digestive tract. I'm also having
recurring vaginal and anal yeast
infections which suggest the same. I've
already cut out sugar, cereals and milk.
Any suggestions on lifestyle type changes
to stop this? Hormonal thing?
Acid/base imbalance? Too many
antibiotics? The doctors seem focused on
diagnosing and cataloging the intolerences
rather than fixing the problem. Thanks
for any help.
