Q: Is Bleeding/Cramping Serious during early Pregnancy?

My last period was on july 6 I started bleeding and slight cramping yesterday, when I took a pregnancy test it was positive could something be wrong with my baby or am I even pregnant

It seems that you are most likely pregnant because your pregnancy test is positive. Spotting and cramping during any pregnancy might be taken very seriously because they are signs of possible miscarriage. You must visit your gynecologist immediately!
