Birth Control Question Hoping For Some Answers
Posted: 08-21-06 22:18pm

Hi my question is that I havent been on the pill for awhile ( a year actually ) as I got off it when my fiance went away for the army & he came back 3 days ago. My question is before he came back I didnt want to get my periods when he was going to arrive so I decided to get on the pil 20 days before he arrives so I can skip my periods as he came on the same days as I would of recieved my epriods thats why I didnt want to get them. Now I just took the first pill like staright away with out waiting to finish a periods etc as it says option 3 take today... & my epriods did skip but I did get a bit of brown discharge but nothing more and I had unprotected sex 4 times while im on the pill skipping my periods. Now im worried if I have a chanc eof getting pregnant wich I dont want but I thought I would be protected as im on the pill and have been for 20 days and havent miised one. The only reason imasking this is because I just read that you need to be preotected while skipping the pill and it kinda scared me :( would this be true or am I protected I dotn want to qorry about nothing.

Thanks hoping to get some replys

No, you are protected!

Because you are skipping for the first time, you will likely have bleeding and discharge, don't worry, these are normal.

You are absolutely protected.
