Dose anyone know why you would faint when you stretch? My husband and my son and daughter all do this. I am trying to find out what it could possibly be.

Hi..What kind of stretching are your kids and hubby doing? Do they have any symptoms before they actually faint? Do any of them take medicication? Are they simply just getting up to fast which is causing dizziness then fainting? Jeannine

Welcome to ehealth. I am not a dr but you might be overdoing it, or like the poster said, getting up to fast can cause this, if I were you, I would talk to your dr about this and just kind of walk through the exercises or take short walks, make sure you ar breathing but the main thing is to check with your Dr. Remember that you are pregnant and you need totake care of yourself and the baby, they are not. How far along are you? Congratulations also! All the best!
