So I unexpectedly went up 20 pounds in two
months. I eat 1200 a day and record
everything I eat. I eat a balanced
amount of fruit, veggies, protein, etc.
For exercise I run 5 miles a day, do
weights and ab work, callanetics and yoga,
and I change up my routines. I got a
blood test and everything came out fine.
Does anyone know why this is and why I
can't get my muscle and body shape back??
I just have this huge amount of flab
coming up over my jeans and i've never had
that!
