I have sharp pain that comes and goes in the rib cage area and at times shoots down my hip to my leg. Its not a constant pain but I cant get comfortable I cant sit stand . I just get beside myself and usually am all over the place trying anything from stretches to laying over the bed to sit up or touching the floor with hands please help it hits so hard im in tears and cant do anything kmf

You should go to the Dr. Why live im pain when you don't have to?
