Welli had my little girl a month early and she is beautiful! Right now im goingthrough all the after effects of achesand pains..I was wondering if it is ok to take a bath. The backache from the epideral isreally gettingto me...The warm water helps but I wasnt sure. :(

Im sure it is fine but I wouldnt put any bubble bath in it. Putting salt in the water helps heal wounds. I just had my baby last week and have been having baths every day with just salt in it but I cant lay down yet! Lol too sore
