Whiten Teeth At Home Using Baking Soda - Is This Healthy? Posted: 08-27-06 22:02pm


I found this site here http://whitenteeth.4dummies.Net /, it talks about how to use baking soda and also hydrogen peroxide to bleach your teeth white. I was wondering if the ingredients or usage is safe or not? Anyone ever tried using the method as instructed in the website? I'm eager to know.

I tried brusing with just baking soda (along with normal toothpaste brushings) for about two months and it did nothing for me. So I will venture to guess either baking soda is a lousy way to go, or my teeth are beyond the realm of what can be bleached.
