Another One!
Posted: 08-28-06 23:24pm

My period is 9 days late, so I took a pregnancy test saturday night and it was positive. The line was really faint, so I bought a clear blue easy digital test on sunday. It was of course positive. Those things are awesome by the way. It took about 30 seconds to come up pregnant. Holy hell, I am worried about so many different things. If the incision in my uterus isn't healed all the way, there could be a lot of problems. Ethan is only 3 1/2 months old. He will only be 11 1/2 months when this baby is born. I am sure everything will be fine, but I really wasn't expecting this to happen. I know me and jon should have been more careful, but we weren't, so don't waste your time saying it. I realize it was stupid.

Haha mel, I guess I was wrong about what I said!

Congratulations! My husband and his sister are only 11 months apart and they were so close growing up. It's obviously meant to be!

Of course i'm going to keep it mel...Jon took the news a lot better than he did the first time. He thought it was a bad idea at first, but I wasn't exactly disagreeing on that point. Lol. When I took the test I knew it was going to be positive, but knowing it and seeing it are two different things. I think I cried a lot the first night, but when I look at ethan there is no way I could give this baby up. Jon feels the same way. Mel, I am hoping it's a girl. The only thing i'm not looking forward to is having another c-section. That sh*t isn't fun. Oh yeah and getting even fatter, I haven't even lost all the weight from ethan. Probably because I ate junk food all the time when I was pregnant.. I am definitely going to eat better this time.

You may have alot of problems heading your ways, I didnt wait long enough to heal and got preggo with cam now im having nonstop problems, im more worried about you cause you had a c-section.

Im not trying to scare you but they made need to keep a closer eye on you, let me know how things go..

britney spears is in a similar predicament. She had c-section and her baby is due around her first ones first birthday. You should definatley speak to your doctor though.

I'm not trying to be a cow to you sam, I love you & your cool as hell but as always I won't lie to you about my opinion on this. I am seriously shocked and disapointed. I never expected this from you...I mean jesus christ, I don't understand why people find it so hard to use protection, especially the lack of caring about getting pregnant when you've just had a baby 3, almost 4 months ago!

I hope everything goes okay for you, congrats & stuff. But man...Blah.

I calling tomorrow to get a doctors appointment, because I am worried about that too jess. I just hope everything will be alright with that, because I want to be able to get a job and save some money while i'm pregnant.

Dalicia, I was actually waiting for you to reply, because I figured you would say something like this. I understand what you mean because I was always telling people to use protection. I realize how stupid it was and I wasn't sure what to do at first, but i'm not going to have an abortion. That's just not something I could live with doing. I'm not worried about being able to take care of both of them, I know I can do that. I'm sure there are a lot of people that are dissappointed in me, but I guess i'll just have to live with it. I know we shouldn't have been so stupid, but there's nothing I can do now.

Her incision won't be healed by then. It's only about 9 months away. People don't normally fully recover (scar wise) for a long period after. It would be waaaaay too risky for her doctor to allow a vaginal birth so soon after. The incision would more than likely tear during labor(the final pushing stage).

You'll be fine sam(edited cuz I called you same). Women all over the world have gotten pregnant purposfully at this time. Although your body isn't fully recovered yet, i'm sure you'll be fine!!

I wish you a lot of luck!!!! I hope all goes well this pregnancy. And just think, you'll be able to note the differences between pregnancies!!! Just wait till you feel he/she kick!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sarah

I could never imagine having another one now. But iam single now and trey just started sleeping through the night last month at 13 incredibly months old!! Lol

sam how old are you?

As for the c-sec, yes get to a doc soon, I know my doc said try not to get preggo for 2yrs after mine, but it could be because I had a big baby and had a loooooong scar luckily I had a great doc sew me up and it's barely noticeable even when looking right at it.

They wouldn't even let me try to deliver vaginally even if I wanted to. They said they rarely do vbac's anymore. I know dani had one though. My incision could probably tear just from my uterus growing, which is why i'm worried about it. I'm trying to imagine everything will be okay, but ya never know.

I'm 19 now, and I won't be 20 until about 1 1/2 mo. After this baby. If I was single i'm not sure i'd be keeping this baby because 2 babies would be extremely difficult by myself. But luckily i'm married, so nothing to worry about there. I can't believe trey doesn't sleep through the night! Ethan has been sleeping through the night since about 2 months, maybe earlier.

Dalicia i'm glad you think me and jon make beautiful babies! You obviously do too. How is that little ladies man doing?
