Ok I stress over a lot of things even
things that have no reason to be stressed
over cause they never happened and I think
about them happening and get stressed out
and angry. I haven't always been like
this but I started this around right after
puberty. I have a low self-esteem and I
think this contributes to my problem. I
really need help with this I am trying to
deal with it on my own and its alright but
I don't know what is causing this and why
I am suffering from it.
Also I don't eat when I feel any stress
and I get angry and flip out its like ocd
I can't eat or something wwill happen.
I've been on meds and to me it only made
it worse but I guess it actually made it
better. But the more stress I feel the
worse I am and like I said I don't even
need a reason to be stressed to be like
this. Any suggestions, ideas, or help?
