Can anyone help me im 5 and half weeks
pregnant and on wednesday I started
spotting didnt think anything of it as it
is common. Then later on in the evening I
started bleeding not heavy its just like a
light period and passing some small clots
but no pain what so ever. Went to see my
gp today coz I thought I may have
miscarried she told me I may not have done
and the pregnancy may still be viable I
still have symptoms of being pregnant ie
tender breasts, feeling tired. Ive now
gotta wait till wednesday for an scan and
it seems like ages away I just want to
know now whats happened to my baby :(

Did your doc not schedule you for a scan?
You should have a scan done asap. Any
sort of bleeding with clots should be
taken seriously while preggo. Good luck.

i'm sorry but it is not a good sign when
you start to bleed heavily that mimics a
regualr period including clots. We cannot
possibly tell you what happened to your
baby seeing that your Dr. Couldnt not
provide you with a definate answers as
well. You will have to hang in there
until your Dr. Gives you more info on how
to proceed. Good luck

hey hun! Its okay, try not to worry tho I
know its really hard, I also had spotting
and bleeding early on in my pregnancy ( im
38 weeks now ) and it turned out to be
just a normal. If its a miscarriage u
usually have really bad cramps n such to
go with it. Im sure everything is fine
hun just let me know wat happens at ur
scan! Good luck!

Well stopped bleeding today so I thought
id do a pregnancy test and it came out
negative so I must of miscarried.
Strange tho bleeding for 3 days no pain or
cramps and baby gone I always thought
miscarraiges were like having a heavy
period with pain!!!! :?

pregnancy hormones can stay in your body
for a long time after a miscarriage. They
don't disappear immediately after the
bleeding does. Perhaps you had a false
positive before?
Keep your doctor's appointment.
Good luck.

Like ingi said, the hormone can stay in
your body for quite a long time, so I
would try another one as you could have
gotten a false negative. Those are more
common than a false positive. Good luck

I got a negative about.. Mm.. A little
less than 2 weeks after my miscarriage. I
was only 5wks when .I miscarried, so maybe
it has something to do with how far along
you are when you miscarry. I only bled
for a week, &it was like a
medium-heavy period with lots of clots. I
didn't have any pain until .I was almost
done bleeding, &even then, it wasn't a
lot of pain.

Try your best to think positive(that you
are pregnant). I bled for the 1st three
months of both of my childrens
pregnancies(now adults) you probably will
not know much until your scan for sure.
Let us know whay you find out. I think
that you are still pregnant although I am
not a Dr., just a positive thinker!
All the best!
