Hi, I had one done at 5 weeks and it looked like a little baked bean and the heart beat was there. Why did you have an ultrasound so early? I had mine because they were worried it was an ectopic pregnancy - thankfully everything was fine.

By the way, once you miss a period you are already considered 4 weeks pregnant because it is dated from the first day of your last period so you are probably more like 4 - 5 weeks pregnant.

I had one done at 5wks with my first pregnany [that .I miscarried] &with this pregnancy, .I had one done at 6wks. At 5wks you couldn't see the baby at all, &like purestgreen said, it just looked like a little bean. A peanut, if you will.. Lol. At 6wks you could see the fetal pole &that's when they were able to detect the heartbeat for me. So before 6wks it basically just looks like a little peanut!

Thanks
Well I was concerned about having a cyst on my ovary. I had lost my son at four months along. He was all swollen. They said it was something like chromosones or something. So he didnt make it. But they see a cyst on my ovary after that but didnt go back in to check again. So I started to get pain and I was wondering if the cyst was causing the pain so I went to have an ultrasound and that is when they saw that there is something in my uterus. I have it scaned onto the computer but I dont know if I can post it on here. I was also feeling like I have been pregnant for like two months which I am not sure what is going on with me. It has been seven months since I lost jordan so my hormones should be ok instead of making me feel like I have been pregnant unless I was but it just didnt make it too long. So I dont know. But I guess I might find out sooon. Sometimes I just make myself mad cause I think I just am wanting to have a baby so bad . I just dont know anymore. Well thanks for replying!

I'm so sorry for your loss, I really hope that you are pregnant again and that everything goes well with this little one. I don't see why you can't post the pic on here although, of course, we are not trained sonographers!

Have you done a pregnancy test? If you are 4-5 weeks gone then it should show positive.
