from the age of 15 I used to weigh 15
stone, but now im 17years old and weigh 12
stone and im 5ft11 ive been told thats the
average weight for my height. But im always
getting down because im I feel fat but I
know im not fat,its hard to explain
why do I get like this ?
It really gets me down and also its
starting to get my girlfriend down too.
When I was 15 years old I got the weight
of being 15stone by watching movies and
getting sweets n etc every day after
school and not enough excersise but I met
my girlfriend on the internet and I
thought to my self ive got to loose weight
or other wise she wont like me but in her
case she used to say it doesnt matter if
your fat I like you for who you are.So I
lost 3 stone in 3-5 months I know its
rather quick but it made me happy when I
lost weight.
Basically im afraid of getting fat again
thats why I have them symptoms above but
how can I get rid of thinking that
way......
okay i would first like to say that the
best idea is to talk to a therapist, they
may not work how you want but later on YOU
yourself figure out the problem because
they open your eyes to something you
dismissed
ok what you have i am not sure the name at
all, CAN turn into an eating disorder so
please do not take this issue as being
just a fear. it is okay to be fat, as long
as you can carry out every day activities.
you need to start believing it yourself,
not just saying it to be okay. also i
would like to add it is better to be fat
than have anorexia or bulimia, as long as
your gaining wait just cuz you dont eat
the healthiest of things. also you need to
talk to people, like friends and family.
they might see things about you that you
overlooked that maybe the cause maybe when
you were fat people made fun of you,
making a phobia out of weight.
the last thing is never ever if you are
called fat believe them, only you can
judge what is fat to you and NO being a
beam pole is not "perfect"
if you need more help pm me

I'm a girl but I know how you feel. I'm
afraid to get fat. It's not because others
won't like me, though, it's because I
wouldn't like me.
I've found it's okay to stay thin if you
go about it in the right ways. Never don't
eat, but do stop eating sweets and greasy
foods. This way even if you're not fat but
you feel to should still 'try not to be'
you'll be doing something without harming
your body.
Also exercise! This makes me feel better.
Good luck, and pm me if you have any
questions.
