I Can Never Sleep ! :( Posted: 09-03-06 17:43pm
I am an 18 year old female and I have
trouble sleeping almost every single
night. I have a history of depression but
lately i've had it under control. I have
had the same boyfriend for over 6 months
now, and even after we have sex at night I
still can't seem to fall asleep.
Sometimes I don't even feel tired like at
all. Even if I do go to sleep i'll toss
and turn all night, and can never seem to
find a comfortable position.
Helpppppp :)

it sounds like there is something
bothering you. usually when i cannot
sleep it's because there's an unresolved
issue burrowing its way through my
subconscious.
one thing that helps me with such issues
is meditation, particularly heart rhythm
meditation. by focusing your attention on
your breath, and the rhythm of your heart,
it allows you to tune into what your body
is trying to tell you. , thereby restoring
a sense of harmony and balance in your
life.
