I'm a 14 year old guy and I have type 1
diabetes. I seem to have problems when
it comes to ejaculating. Everytime I
masturbate, I never ejaculate. Sometimes
pre-cum comes out but never sperm. Could
it have to do with my diabetes? Could it
be because i'm really nervous as i'm
always worrying if i'm gonna ejaculate or
not? When it comes to wet dreams, yes I
do have them, but it seems to be
transparent just like pre-cum and not the
white stuff that sperm's meant to be. I
have occasionally woken up right before I
"ejaculate" and I do feel as though i'm
having an orgasm and I feel the warm
sensation that's supposed to accampony an
ejaculation but it's still the color of
pre-cum. What's going on with me?
