Sunday I was having these crazy pains that
were really low. It felt like streching
pains but I dont know. It was not
cramping but I have not had any growing
pains in awhile. I laid down and propped
up my feet and that really did not help so
we went and got something to eat and I
took some pain reliver and I was all
better. Then yesterday I seen that I had
a bit of discharge that was really white
and thick. Today i'm fine there is not
really any discharge or pains but I dont
feel her moving that much. Then my
friend got me really worried because I
told her that I felt her moving and that
she is really low. Is that bad? I
really worried about it. I can tell that
everything is growing because my belly
button is kinda wanting to come out more
then it was and I have gotten bigger in
the past two weeks. I hope ya'll can
help me. I am 21 weeks.

your baby sounds fine. All babies lay
different. And yours could just be in a
different position making it feel like all
the movements are lower.
Discharge in pregnancy is fine. Unless it
has a foul odor or is bloody, it should
all be fine.
But if you ever have any concerns, you
need to call your doctor ;)
good luck at your appointment tomorrow.

Anytime that you are scared or worried
there are a couple thing for you to try.
1. Drink some apple juice. The baby
should move after that
2. Call your doctor anytime that you have
any type of concern like that
3. If you are still having pains you
might want to contact your doctor because
it could be a uti or kidney infection or..
Nothing at all..

Thank you for your post. I think
everything is fine. I just get worried
and it really bothers me the most because
I felt alot of pressure and I dont think
that is normal. But maybe it is. I was
leaving work yesterday and I stood up and
I had to sit back down because there was
alot of pressure down there(around my
pelvic bone). I sit down and stood up
again and it was gone. Who knows i'll
just ask tomorrow. Thank you again,
heather
