Anyone had it before and if so what does
it involve and is it very sucsessfull?

Ill try to help you out because I can see
no one else can I had it done with both my
kids but it only worked with my first who
was 6 days over due they do it inturnely
with the fingers an just enter the cervix
an brush the membrains it can be painfull
but for me it was just anoying it only
takes then 2 seconds I recomend doing it
