Taking Bc With a Heart Murmur?? Posted: 09-07-06 17:08pm
Could birth control be effecting my heart
murmur? My old doctor said no, but he
didnt seem 100% sure of what he was
talking about. Because with my heart
murmur, if too much stress is caused, I
get heart pains.

Heart murmurs are actually common, and I
have one =)
many women with murmurs do safely take
birth control, birth control does not
directly affect the heart in such a way
that it would be an issue..

I was just curious because I have alot of
problems with my heart murmur and I was
wondering if the bc could be a cause.
