According to the symptoms you report
(shaking and muscular pain in the head,
neck and arm) it is hard to identify an
absolute condition. You might be
experiencing a neurological disease such
as partial epilepsy, extra-pyramid
syndrome (including Parkinson sy.),
multiple sclerosis, etc. You need further
examinations of the brain and spinal cord
(MRI, CT, EMG, EEG, lumbar puncture etc.).
You can ask a neurologist for an expert
opinion.
