Hello gals just wanted to get your opinion on which you think is the most effective method next to abstinence...I'm currently using copper iud and latex condoms..Do you guys know a bc more effective than that? Because I surely wanted to know to get the most out of birth control options...Every post will be greatly appreciated.;-)

Copper iud and condoms is basically as effective as it gets... Combining condoms with any horomonal or iud-type birth control take your chances down to basically zero. I like the pills... Because of the benefits I get around the time of my period. I would personally like to have a copper iud inserted and also be on the pills.
