Ok im 13. Ive been under a lot of
stress involving family problems I didnt
have my cycle for 2 months straight . But
was not pregant I had got tested 3 times.
I was put on birth control and a wk after
being put on I had sex unprotected and
forgot to take the pill . Well the next
day of having sex my cycle came. I was
wanting to no if I could still get pregant
even if I was on the bc because I heard
it wasent afective for a month of taking
the pills plzzzzzzzzz someone help me

Hey, whenever you have sex there is a
slight chance that you could be pregnant.
But, having your period is a good thing,
it means the egg is leaving ur body. I've
read that sometimes, even during
pregnancy, women have their periods for up
to 6 months after conception. Whether the
info is accurate or not, this is the only
advice I can give you.
You're right the pill most times isn't
effective for atleast a month after you've
begun taking it regularly.
Be sure to take a test as soon as
possible, and look for early warning signs
of pregnancy. (for ex., swollen/tender
breasts, darkening of the nipples, missed
periods, morning sickness, etc.)

Actually the pill isnt effective until
about 3 months after you start taking it
regulurly.. Yeah you could still be
pregnet.. You can have your period up to
5 months when your pregnet.. But what I
would do if I were you is wait a week or
more and then re take another pg test..
If its neg again then just dont stress ou
about it

Cheer is right, do not depend on the pill
for at least 3 months into taking it!
Really!
And yes it's true that women who are preg
can still have their periods for about 5-6
months, but of course those periods are
lighter than usual and dont last long!

First of all not to be mean but you are
only 13! Why are you sexually active??
You are so young to be worrying about if
you are pregnant or not! Too young to
even be having sex! Ok anyway, im sorry.
The pill is effective after 30 days. If
you took the pill the first day of your
period it is effective even sooner. But
if not it takes about a month until your
next period to start. You missed a day,
which is irrisponsibility on your behalf.
Take a test if you are late for your next
period. If you are not, please wait to
have sex until you are ready for the
consequenses and expenses of having a
baby.

hey it is very very very possible to get
prego even though u are on the pill..
Heck I was on the pill for 6 months an I
got prego.. And for the period thing some
women have their periods throughout their
pregnancy my mom did with my sister so she
never knew she was pregnant until she
started getting really sick and was
hospitalized she was 14 weeks at that time
