Morning sickness is a bad name for it, because it can really happen all day. Try eating some dry cracker a little bit before you go to bed. Eat smaller meals during the day every couple of hours or so. If nothing works, you can take vitamin b6 50-100mg every 12 hours.

One of my good friends is pregnant again. Her 1st pregnancy was horrible. She couldn't eat the entire time and her baby came out tinyy.

This time her doctor put her on phenergan to help with the nausia. She has been admitted to the hospital 4 times this time for dehydration and not being able to hold anything down.

She lost 24lbs in her 1st trimester the 1st time, and this time she's lost 20. She's extreemely lucky that she didn't lose the baby.

I would bring this up to your doctor. There are medical interventions that can help you if your sickness is severe!

Good luck girl!!

i just wanted to say, be careful if you take phenergan because it can cause hallucinations if you take a bit too much. I'm sure you wouldn't be daft enough to o/d on the stuff but i've had a really bad experience on it (thousands of red spiders crawling everywhere...Ugh!!!) and I was only taking the dose the doc told me to. Obviously I was not suited to it!

I also had that all night long sickness. Start watching what you are eating (write it down) at night. I found that whenever I ate something greasy (pizza, sausage, etc) for dinner, I was up all night puking. It was the grease in the food. Once I cut that out, I was fine.

Good luck!
