Hope to Find Out the Sex Today Posted: 09-18-06 11:52am
I had my ultrasound on august 28th I was
hoping to find out the sex of the baby a
week later and found out that they wouldnt
release that information till I was 20
weeks well I am 20 weeks and 3 days so I
called them and they are faxing the
information to my dr as I type this so I
am hopeing to find out soon.......I will
let you all know as soon as I know I can
barely wait

if any of you have any guesses as to what
the sex is please let me know here is a
list of what the babys hb was at each of
my appts
160 - first ultrasound (july 12th)
140 - 2 weeks later
130 - 2 weeks later at a prenatal
148 - second ultrasound (august 28th)
156 - dr appt on september 6th
I'm gonna say girl 'cause it would be nice
to have more girls around ;)

i wish it was true about the heart beat
and determining the sex but it just
isnt.....A normal rate is between 120-160
and youve had almost everything so that
really does proves the sex has nothing to
do with it....Good luck and healthy baby

What's the reasoning for making you wait
until 20 weeks before they release the
info? I've heard other people say this
too and I don't understand why.
I'm guessing girl because that seems to be
what everyone is expecting lately.

The heartbeat has nothing to do with the
sex of the baby mine is a boy and it
heartbeat is like 140 to 150.. But would
be nice if it was true.. :d
so im guessing you will have a boy

After hours of trying to track down
results the dr called me and told me teh
whole senerio......Prob girl prob
boy.......Then he said that they picked
one and said that it was probably a
boy.......Yeah I finally know I am so
happy I can start shopping although I am
still going to be cautions in the colors I
buy........Cause they didnt say you are
having a boy they just said that it was
the most likely
