Hi, do women ever know the exact day they conceive? There are some women that know there bodies very well. Are there signs perhaps?

The only thing people can determine is an apporx date for ovulation.....But actual conception is not soemthing anyone can feel or know.

How do you determine the approx ovulation date? By the discharge/temperature/cervix position? I just watch the discharge, does that mean I ovulate on the day I get alot of the watery discharge???
