Hey im 21 weeks. Sometimes I get pain in my lower abdomen where I cant stand up straight without it hurting. But I mostly notice it when I pick something up heavy, like yesterday I picked up my 3 yr old neice and held her alot. And I woke up this morning and couldnt stand up straight for horrible pain. But it later went away. So maybe thats what it is, pain from straining. Just try not to do that anymore and see if it hapens again. Thats what im going to do Smile

The maximum amount of weight a preggy woman should do is lift a toddler (1yr-2yr) or a load of groceries per day.

This isn't manditory, but it helps with pulling abdominal muscles while pregnant. It's uncomfortable enough without pulling something!!!
