It just happens like this:me sitting or standing doing nothing and suddening my heart start racing so hard that I feel it gunna explode and it made me feel light headed,other than that I feel healthy i've never had a health issue or problem and I used to play sports and work out alot,can anybody plz tell me what's happening to me?
