I am about to start taking a variety of supplements/pills/vitamins etc. Can anyone please help me out and tell me if there are any conflicts between them? I don't wan't anything noxius forming in my stomach. The list is as follows.

Taking dietary supplements can be very confusing specially if you are targeting many health issues. No one special ingredient can answer all the body's complex needs. There are vitamins that will not be effective if taken with other substance or may even be hamful.


I wouldn't try those you mentioned without consulting my doctor if I can take all those at the same time. Another thing, if those are tablets, forget it. More than half of them are fillers, binders, wax that wouldn't help you, worst they may even harm you.


There are multi-vitamins and minerals that are balanced, complete, efficiently absorbed at the cellular level and effective, but you don't have to take my word on it, try it for yourself and thank me afterwards: edit
